Is The Methiyadi Stop an Indian Company?  

 
 
Will The Methiyadi Stop products be made available internationally?
At the moment, the Methiyadis are shipped only in India.
 
How do gift certificates work?
The gift certificate will be mailed to the email address of the recipient of the gift.The recipient will be able to shop online for the amount specified in the gift certificate or the recipient can purchase for a bigger amount and have the amount mentioned in the gift certificate deducted from the  total bill.
 
Are Gift Vouchers available at the stores?
The Gift Vouchers are not available at the stores, it is a facility made available exclusively for our online customers.
 
How will I know if you have received my order?
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from  us.
 
How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status online by logging on to your account to know whether it is 'processing' or 'shipped'. You will receive an email on shipment intimating the consignment details.
 
Is it safe to use my credit card online at The Methiyadi Stop.com?
At Methiyadi, we make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL's browser so that your personal information cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter does The Methiyadi Stop have access to, or store, your complete card account information.
 
Do I have to sign up for a The Methiyadi Stop account to buy something at The Methiyadi Stop.com?
It is compulsory to sign up inorder to buy a product and you become a Member, thus enabling you to view order status, order history,  receive news letters and emails on new collections, schemes etc.

What are my Mix n Match options
 
Can I Buy Studs and Straps Separately?
No, we do not sell studs and straps separately.
 
Can I choose two different colours for the soles?
The left sole and the right sole have to be of the same colour.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will dispatch your order from here within three working days, the product will reach you within ten working days after your order .
 
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
One order will take only one shipping address. If another pair is to be shipped to another address, it has to be  made as a separate order since one order gives only a single address option .
 
What are the shipping costs?
1 pair    Rs.50
2 pairs   Rs.100
3 pairs   Rs.150
4 pairs   Rs.200
5 pairs   Rs.250
6 pairs   Rs.300
7 pairs   Rs.350
8 pairs   Rs.400
9 pairs   Rs.450
10 pairs Rs.500
 
A single order can be made upto ten pairs only . Any thing beyond ten pairs will have to be made in the next order.
 
Why was my package undeliverable?
If the shipment address/contact number is incomplete or wrong, the courier service may not be able to deliver the product.
If the consignee is not available at the address nor respond to the calls from the courier service,  the courier service will not be able to deliver the product.
The methiyadi stop will not be responsible for any resulting loss.
 
Returns & Exchanges
 
 
When will I receive a refund for my returned products?
No, you cannot receive refund on any of the products, incase of manufacturing defects,there may be an exchange made as per the return policy mentioned above only . 
 
Customer Service
 
How do I unsubscribe the Newsletters?
You will find an unsubscribe option under the news letter option after you have logged in. Clicking the unsubscribe option will prevent Newsletters from reaching you.
 
How can I cancel my order?
Once you confirm payment of your order, under normal circumstance, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us through customercare @themethiyadistop.com within 12 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm  this cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turn around times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the stipulated time frame. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of The Methiyadi Stop.
